Single & Double-Storey Extension on Listed Building

Both a single-storey and double-storey extension were built to this property. Due to it's Grade II Listed Building status and being located in a conservation area within Ironbridge, the work required additional strict regulations. These regulations included the use of Lime Mortar, Oak timber frames, and ensuring that roof tiles and render finish matched the rest of the building.

Due to the property being located in a mining area, a raft was laid in within the foundations of the double-storey extension.

Underfloor heating was laid throughout both extensions and dormer windows were built to match the existing property.

Double-storey extension

This double-storey extension was built in a conservation area in Ironbridge, therefore requiring close attention to additional conservation regulations.
